Plastic timbers are available in the following dimensions:
• Lengths: 4 feet or 6 feet
• Width: All timbers are 4 inches wide.
• Height: 4-foot long timbers are available in heights of 9 inches or 12 inches. 6-foot timbers are only available in 12-inch height.
• Weight: 4-foot timbers weigh 12 lbs. each (12" timber) or 8 lbs. each (9" timbers).

First, plastic timbers look great. Second, they're virtually maintenance free. Third, unlike wood, plastic timbers have no splinters. You don't need any expertise or special tools
to do a professional-looking job. They're
also easy to move and re-install. Plastic timbers help to contain playground surfacing (like woodchips) in a defined area. Finally, they create a visually-pleasing border to any area.
The colors available depend on the length of the timber that you need.
• 4-foot long timbers, 8 inches high -- black
• 4-foot long timbers, 9 inches high -- blue, green, red, black, yellow
• 4-foot long timbers, 12 inches high -- blackand green. Other colors may be special ordered. In black, two grades are available: Prime Quality and Standard Quality.
• 6-foot long timbers (12 inches high) -- black (standard) and green. Other colors may be special ordered.
Our plastic timbers are made from hollow polyethylene that has ribs molded in
for strength. There are three S-shaped supports connected together inside each plastic timber. We stand behind every 4-foot plastic timber with a 10-year warranty. Compare that with other manufacturers, who offer three year coverage, at most.
To fix the timbers in place, overlap the
ends of two plastic timbers then insert the 30-inch spike vertically into the top of the timber and slide it through until it touches the ground. Then drive the spike into the ground using a mallet or sledgehammer, and presto ... a durable, attractive border for your play area or garden! (Each 4' timber comes with 1 spike; each 6' timber comes with 2.) Just line the timbers up,
